Programme terms.

These terms govern participation in the Eeqon Partners programme. They are summarised here for readability; the agreement provided on approval is the binding document.

Attribution

Attribution runs for the window set out in your agreement, measured from the recorded click. Where two partners have a claim, the most recent click takes precedence.

Placement

You may not bid on the Eeqon name or its variants in paid search without written approval. You may not misrepresent the app, its price, or the people on it. You may not place the programme on sites carrying adult, illegal or hateful material, or anywhere else neither of us would want our name to appear. Signups that are incentivised, automated or duplicated are not referrals and are reversed.

Settlement

Approved commissions are reconciled and settled on the schedule set out in your agreement. Commissions arising from fraudulent, incentivised or duplicated signups are reversed.

Ending the arrangement

Either side may end participation at any time. Commissions already approved at that point are still settled.
